A: Customers choose their grocery items from your grocery aisles, add them to their grocery cart, checkout, pay online through PayPal with a credit card.

A: You will receive three separate emails. One has your delivery information form. The second one is your customers shopping list and the third email is your customers payment. We transfer your customers payment from our PayPal account to your PayPal account, minus PayPal's fees we are charged for collecting the funds. You will get a detailed list. The list will include your customers grocery amount, delivery fee, sales tax and what PayPal charged to collect the order.
Q: How do I get paid?
A: Your customers shop our grocery aisles. Checkout and pay by credit card. You use that money to pay for your customers groceries. Any funds left over, which there will be is your profit.

A: You do out of your profits.
Q: Who takes the phone order calls?
A: You do, you ask a series of questions and add them to a phone order form. View our sample phone order form. You go online under your grocery aisles and shop for your customer. Once their grocery order is completed, checkout and enter the information you collected on the phone order form.

A: You can not delete store items, only we can. Suggest a grocery item at any time by filling out a short form here.
Q: How do I handle price changes as they occur?
A: You do not have to worry about price changes we handle that. It's impossible for you to control the pricing. We manage the website and make changes as needed. We charge more per grocery item than the grocery stores do, so you will be compensated for any difference in prices.
Q: Do the funds go to your PayPal account and then into mine?
A: Yes. We do not take a portion of your customers grocery amount. We only take PayPal's fee out and send you the remainder as a gift. So far PayPal does not charge a fee for gifts.
Q: What do I do if my customer refuses to pay?
A: Your customers can only refuse to pay by not filling in their credit card information during checkout. If this happens, you will not have a grocery order until payment is made.
Q: How do I pick my delivery cities?
A: Stay close to where you live, a 5-30 mile radius. Venture out a little further when you find an area that needs your service.
Q: Can I take my dog with me?
A: No, most dogs are not allowed in the grocery store, seeing eye dogs are. Your car will have your customers groceries in it. People do not want dog hair near the groceries. Also in some states it is against the law to leave any pet in a car.
Q: What if I am not comfortable making a delivery to a certain neighborhood?
A: You have the right to refuse service to anyone. Politely tell your customer their home is out of your delivery area or take someone with you.

A: Have a family member or a friend do the delivery for you. Call the customer and let them know you are ill. Re-schedule the delivery if possible. Hire an employee.

If that is not possible, substitute the item, most customers are not real fussy about receiving a different but of same value than they ordered. We find some customers ask you if you offer any other type of service, like cleaning houses, running errands, etc.. Generally there are not many problems due to the fact the customer is grateful that you are doing a service for them they they can no longer fulfill.
